Rental Agreement
Framework rental agreement for storage units at Adlington Self Store.

1. Parties
This agreement is between Adlington Self Store ([INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME], company number [INSERT COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS]) (the "Operator") and the person named in the booking (the "Customer").
2. The unit and start date
The Operator grants the Customer a licence to use the storage unit identified in the booking from the start date shown. This is a licence to store goods, not a tenancy.
3. Rental charges
Monthly charge as shown at booking, from £100 per month. Payment is due in advance on [INSERT PAYMENT DAY]. Deposit: [INSERT DEPOSIT OR 'NONE'].
4. Payment
Payments are made by card through Stripe or by Direct Debit. The Customer must keep a valid payment method in place.
5. Late and failed payment
If payment fails, the Operator will notify the Customer. Late payment fee: [INSERT LATE PAYMENT FEE]. After [INSERT NUMBER] days of arrears, access may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
6. Access
Access is via mobile credentials linked to the Customer's account. Access hours: [INSERT ACCESS HOURS]. The Customer is responsible for the security of their phone and account and must not share credentials with unauthorised persons.
7. Notice and termination
The Customer may end the agreement by giving [INSERT NOTICE PERIOD] notice. The Operator may end it by giving [INSERT NOTICE PERIOD] notice, or immediately for serious breach. On termination the Customer must remove all goods and leave the unit clean and empty.
8. Variation

9. Entire agreement and law
This agreement, together with the Storage Conditions and Terms of Service, forms the entire agreement. It is governed by the law of England and Wales.
